Orthodontics Marsden

If you’re concerned about your dental health because you’re experiencing issues like crowding, crooked teeth, a misaligned bite, or gaps between teeth, you may assume it’s time to visit a dentist. However, when choosing a dentist, it’s important to note that these kinds of issues are best attended to by an orthodontic specialist.

Although all dentists have completed their five year degree in dentistry, an orthodontist will have completed an additional three years of training in order to specialise in matters of facial development, biology and biomechanics.

This means that when choosing a health practitioner to treat the above problems, it’s important to find a practice which employs specialist orthodontists.

How can Crestmead Dental help?

It is often during such visits that dentists are able to diagnose orthodontic issues and refer patients to a specialist.

How can I straighten my smile?

If you have already identified your issue and are on a mission to straighten your teeth, now is the time to organise an orthodontic consult.

You may be convinced that issues with pain, discomfort, or facial appearance are caused by certain dental issues. However, a qualified orthodontist will be able to take a good look inside your mouth and diagnose the root of your issue more precisely. Misaligned jaws, bite problems, pain, or clicking while eating are all issues that your orthodontist will be able to develop the best treatment plans for.

Some of the most common orthodontic treatments available at Crestmead Dental are braces or Invisalign. Depending on your individual needs, an orthodontist may recommend metal braces or traditional braces, but newer treatments like Invisalign or Smilefast make dental realignment faster and more comfortable than ever before.

So, if you’re in need of orthodontic advice, look no further. For comprehensive care at the best prices, call (07) 3805 7765 and speak to the team at Crestmead Dental to begin your journey towards a brighter, straighter smile!
