Safe, affordable teeth whitening in Logan

From smoking or drinking tea and coffee, to ageing, fluorosis, decay, and certain medications, there are a range of reasons behind tooth discolouration. But whatever the cause, if the enamel on your teeth is yellowing, this can be a major knock to your confidence and self-esteem.

Luckily, practices like Crestmead Dental are happy to provide comprehensive care along with solutions that work. No matter what the cause of dull or stained teeth, you can depend on a whiter, brighter smile, and the confidence that comes with it!

Why professional whitening is best

Although there are many over-the-counter tooth whitening products advertised, these often come with downsides. The abrasives in whitening toothpastes help, but can also lead to enamel erosion over time, while strips and gels need to be used with care as too much for too long can lead to sensitivity and inconsistent bleaching.

The only way to guarantee safe and consistent results is to book an appointment with a professional dentist for your tooth whitening needs. This may also be the cheaper option in the long run, as you won’t need to trial a range of products or cause damage that may need future dental care.

Our process at Crestmead Dental

If you’re not a fan of the chair and would still rather do your whitening at home, Crestmead Dental offer both in-chair whitening and take-home kits.

We promise a relaxing, effortless experience for in-chair patients. After expertly applying the lightening product, you will be free to enjoy our modern facilities while it takes effect. Take-home kits may be more gradual, but unlike store-bought options, the product comes with a customised mould of your teeth, ensuring minimal contact with your gums. We’ll also do follow-up appointments to make sure you’re getting the most out of your kit.

For more information or to book a consultation, just give our friendly clinic a call on (07) 3805 7765.
