Where to go for kids’ dentistry in Logan

When searching for a dentist to take your children to, it’s important to find a clinic that provides safe, enjoyable, and educational experiences. Visits to the dentist in childhood are what set us up for a lifetime of responsible dental care, so the last thing we want to do is put children off or create a phobia.

At Crestmead Dental, our professionals have many years of experience in calming, entertaining, and teaching children during their visits. One of our goals is to ensure that kids feel happy and confident to take care of their own dental hygiene, while developing healthy habits for their future.

Our bulk bill child dental scheme

In order to help parents provide the most encouraging and consistent start to their kids’ dental journey, Crestmead Dental is proud to be part of the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) under Medicare. This allows us to bulk bill your kids’ visits over the course of 2 years, totalling over $1000 in care.

This program covers general check-ups, but also plenty of other procedures your children may need during this time. Anything from fillings and preventative fissure seals, to X-rays and extractions can be arranged and carried out by our gentle, soothing staff.

Trustworthy and child-friendly team

No matter what your child needs, our team will always discuss the details with you in full. We understand that these visits can be stressful for both children and parents, and so we make sure nothing comes as a surprise. If it helps your child feel more comfortable, we’re even happy to let them sit in on your appointments and get accustomed to the process.

With modern facilities and relaxed, confident professionals, your family will feel comfy and cared for from the moment you arrive. So, if your kids’ baby teeth are only just surfacing, or if they’re old enough to learn some healthy oral hygiene habits, don’t hesitate to give us a call on (07) 3805 7765 and book an appointment!
